Attention to all Burmese exile activists in Norway:

All the Burmese exile activists are warmly invited to attend a meeting at Norwegian Burma Committee office in Oslo. The meeting will be organizing representatives from various ethnics groups, political organizations, and civil societies to form Burmese Representatives in Norway.

The main objective to form a Burmese Representative Committee is in order to monitor and closely cooperate with “Genuine Peace Movement for Burma & All around development in Burma”, and others etc.

The meeting will be included as follows:

1. Introduction speech from NBC office.
2. Brief information about the meeting and its purpose by organizers.
3. Organizing and Elections methods (follow by group discussions).

4. Proceeding election.
a) There will be organizing to form committees out of Burmese activists, which will represent for the Burmese in Norway (Burmese Representatives Committee in Norway or will be name the most appropriate once attendees are agreed).

b) The Burmese Representatives Committee in Norway will include of the following sub-committees:
i) Ethnics National Representatives Committee
ii) Political parties or organizations’ representatives committee and
iii) Civil society organizations’ representatives committee

5. The program conclusion speech.
