The last wake-up call happened in the Hpa-kan incident?
On October 24, 2022, Min Aung Hlaing led SAC and his disgraceful military force attacked unarmed civilians and committed one of the most unforgivable genocide acts at Hpa-kan township in Burma.

According to an inside source, many humanitarian activists, children, and women were killed. Over 62 civilians have been killed and more than 100 are having medical treatment nearby, more casualties numbers are yet to be confirmed soon.
It has been learned that General Ko Ko Maung is the one who directly ordered fire from 3 Russian-made fighter jets and bombed around the place where civilians were gathering for a fundraising program (mainly for civil war victims and internally displaced people).
After the incident, one of the military medical doctors Major Kyaw Phone Myint changes his Black profile to show as a sad day was being detained by SAC led military terror force.
On October 25, 2022, Min Aung Hlaing led military forces attacked civilians and local defense forces through air strikes and burnt down houses, and arrested dozen of people.
This incident should be a final wake-up call for all EAOs/EAR and NLD-led NUG/CRPH to lay out final collective Strategic warfare.

International Communities Respond by Joint Statement:
“Joint Statement on Attacks on Civilians in Kachin State”
We are following reports of a military air strike targeting a Kachin gathering resulting in the deaths of a large number of civilians. Indiscriminate attacks which include civilian victims continue to cause extraordinary harm and suffering across the country. This attack underscores the military regime’s responsibility for the crisis and instability in Myanmar and the region and its disregard for its obligation to protect civilians and respect the principles and rules of international humanitarian law.
